Orders & Serial Numbers
Your order is processed by a real, living human and you will be notified via e-mail when your payment is received and your order is processed. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from receiving payment. However, sometimes it may take longer. If you purchased a registration number only, it will be e-mailed to you in approximately the same time span, 24 — 48 hours. PLEASE check your junk mail folder as well. Hotmail and others will mark any mail from someone you don't know as junk. Click here to read an example of the e-mail we receive from people who don't know how to use their-email. If you still haven't received your number, it's possible the paypal e-mail was flagged as spam on the server and deleted. If so, simply request your number here.
Problem with Ebay Order
I get questions like, "when did you ship the item and do you have a tracking number for me?" This was on a $4.00 item at Christmas. It's impossible to ship via Fed Ex or UPS for $4. So no tracking on CDs or DVDs. They are all shipped USPS First Class mail. Delivery time is usually a couple of days, though it has taken as long as one month for an item to be delivered. I leave negative feedback for all harrassing buyers, so please don't be one. Just because you cannot see me, doesn't give you the right to be a rude jerk. I give nice people great service and rude people lame service. I am not ashamed of that policy, either. Please be patient. The answer to this is, and always has been, the buyer is being impatient. I have no control over the item once it leaves my hands... so there is no reason to complain that it took 4 business days instead of 3 to me. I cannot change that.
Problem Entering Registration Number?
Registration codes are case sensitive and the name and number in your registration e-mail must be entered exactly; otherwise, the software will not register. Mac codes do NOT work on Windows and vice versa.
Lost your registration number?
Use this form to have your serial numbers re-sent via e-mail. As above, please allow 24 — 48 hours for a response. We use real humans and are proud of that fact. It helps keep your info private and out of hackers hands and it helps our community by giving people jobs. Please be respectful of that.
Replacement CD/DVD? Can I Get One?
Yes. Cycline3 customers of any Cycline3 product can order the latest CD/DVD for the cost of shipping and handling. Please note this offer is to existing customers only and new serial numbers are not issued, just a replacement disc with software. If the software requires an upgrade fee, it is NOT included in this price.
