This gentleman has misplaced over 10 e-mails we have sent to him with his key from several e-mail addresses. We even provided the key to Paypal customer support who sent it to him — again — he didn't read their e-mails either. If you are missing your key, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOLDER. After reading this, just remember to ask yourself, "can you believe the nerve of some people?" This man slams us hard when the only problem is his inability to use his computer. Oh well...

I purchased your ebay listing creator program on October 9th. (Key was sent on 9-Oct -SR) I have since e-mailed you three times at two addresses and filed a claim with Paypal over this transaction. (Paypal denied his request for refund when provided with the software key -SR) THIS IS MY LAST REQUEST FOR THE KEY.
The only resort you leave me is word of mouth. Since it is clear that you took my money with NO INTENT TO FULFILL. I plan the following:
Post my experience with your program on FIVE offsite ebay forums that I am a long time member of.
Contact ebay and let them know my experience with you and let them know I feel you do not deserve to be a trusted developer/partner.
List a formal complaint at Paypal to have your program taken off their referral site.
Post feedback on Paypal shops about your program (this is where I found you).
Start a basic searchable free websites with your program as a key search word and honestly list my experience with you.
Doing this will be worth my $9.99 that you accepted from me with bad intentions. The way I see it, you will loose more customers than the lousy $9.99 you stole from me and did not bother to fulfill.
ALL THIS CAN BE AVOIDED BY JUST SENDING ME THE SERIAL NUMBER/SOFTWARE KEY I PAID FOR. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN DOING THIS, JUST REPLY AT SOME LEVEL! EVEN ONE REPLY IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!
